Welcome to Seaford Properties, one of Seaford’s most trusted and well-established estate agencies. After many years of collaborating with the founders of Seaford Properties—providing their clients with construction and design advice, assisting homeowners in preparing their properties for sale, and often renovating homes for new buyers, I was honoured when they approached me with an exciting opportunity. As they prepared to retire, they invited me to continue their legacy by taking over the business.
Of course, I was delighted to accept the opportunity. I knew that adding an estate agency to the group of companies I already owned would be a tremendous asset. Continuing the legacy that the founders had built over the past seven years—defined by outstanding customer service and an honest, trustworthy approach—was something I felt passionate about. I also saw the potential to further develop and grow Seaford Properties into one of the town’s leading estate agencies.
After three months of working closely with the founders to set up the transition, we officially took over at the beginning of October. We relocated the offices to our much larger showroom, prominently situated on Seaford’s main road and open six days a week to welcome clients. Since taking over, we have significantly enhanced Seaford Properties’ marketing strategy. We now feature advanced listings on Rightmove, Zoopla, and The Property Guild, along with monthly property magazine placements distributed throughout Seaford. Our regular editorials in Seaford Scene, combined with targeted leaflet campaigns, direct marketing, and sponsorships of local clubs and societies, have all strengthened our community presence. These initiatives have helped the business grow organically while giving our clients the best possible opportunity to sell their properties quickly and successfully.
